Understanding dashboards for both organizers and volunteers

Two Dashboard Types

Dasig provides separate dashboard experiences for organizers and volunteers:

Organizer Dashboard

Located at /profile/volunteers

Manage volunteers, approve applications, verify hours, and track team impact

Volunteer Dashboard

Located at /profile/contributions

Track applications, log hours, see personal impact statistics

Organizer Dashboard Features

As a campaign organizer, your dashboard shows:

Campaign Selector

Dropdown to switch between campaigns or view "All Campaigns" for aggregated stats

Quick Stats

Total volunteers, pending applications, approved count, active volunteers, total hours, and pending hour verifications

Volunteers Tab

Review applications, approve/reject, mark as active, log hours manually

Hours to Verify Tab

Review and approve volunteer-submitted hours with activity details

Volunteer Dashboard Features

Volunteers see a personal dashboard with:

My Campaigns Tab

All campaigns they've applied to with status badges (Pending/Approved/Active/Completed)

Hours Log Tab

Chronological list of all hours logged with verification status

Impact Statistics

Total campaigns joined, total hours contributed, and lifetime impact metrics

Quick Actions

Log hours button, browse campaigns link, date range filter

Using the Organizer Dashboard

  1. 1. Select your campaign

    Choose which campaign to manage or view all campaigns

  2. 2. Review quick stats

    See overview of volunteers, hours, and pending actions

  3. 3. Process applications

    Approve or reject pending volunteer applications

  4. 4. Verify hours

    Switch to "Hours to Verify" tab to approve logged hours

  5. 5. Log hours manually

    For volunteers who worked but didn't self-report
