Navigate and understand your campaign management dashboard

Accessing Your Dashboard

Your campaign dashboard is your central hub for managing all aspects of your campaigns. Access it by clicking your profile avatar in the header and selecting “My Campaigns”.

Dashboard Overview

Campaign Cards

Each campaign is displayed as a card showing key information: title, event, location, and progress.

Progress Indicators

View real-time progress for each campaign need with visual progress bars and percentages.

Campaign Actions

From your dashboard, you can:

  • • View detailed campaign statistics
  • • Edit campaign information
  • • Manage campaign needs (items/resources)
  • • Post updates to keep donors informed
  • • Track donations and inventory
  • • Manage volunteers
  • • Archive or close completed campaigns

Total Donations

Number of individual donations received across all needs

Volunteers

Number of volunteers who have signed up to help

Campaign Needs Progress

Percentage of target reached for each item/resource

Last Updated

When you last posted an update to your campaign

Best Practices

  • ✓ Check your dashboard daily during active campaigns
  • ✓ Respond promptly to donor questions and volunteer applications
  • ✓ Post updates at least weekly to maintain donor engagement
  • ✓ Update campaign needs as items are received
  • ✓ Keep campaign information accurate and current
