Dasig builds your contact list automatically — every donor, volunteer, and member becomes a contact the moment they interact with your campaigns. No CSV uploads required.
Your contacts are always up to date
Contacts sync in real time from your campaigns. There is no manual import step and no risk of stale data. When a donor gives again or a volunteer joins a new campaign, their contact record is updated automatically.
Dasig syncs contacts from three sources — automatically, with no action required from you:
Donations
Every donor who gives to one of your fundraisers is added as a contact automatically. Their donor tag, total giving amount, and last donation date are stored and kept up to date.
Volunteer sign-ups
When someone applies to volunteer for your campaigns, they are added as a contact with a volunteer tag and linked to the campaigns they joined.
Organization membership
When someone joins your organization or submits a membership application, they are added as a contact tagged as a member or applicant.
Go to CRM → Contacts in your organization dashboard to see your full contact list. Each contact card shows:
Segments let you send the right message to the right people. Dasig supports three types of segmentation:
By role tag
e.g. "Donors," "Volunteers," "Members"
Every contact automatically receives one or more role tags based on how they interacted with your organization. Filter by tag to target a specific group.
By campaign
e.g. contacts from a specific fundraiser
You can view all contacts sourced from a particular campaign — useful for follow-up emails after a disaster relief drive or event.
By custom tag
e.g. "VIP Donor," "Board Member"
Manually tag contacts with any label that makes sense for your organization. Custom tags can be used to trigger automations or segment email campaigns.
When you reach your contact limit, new contacts from campaigns will queue. Existing contacts remain active. See full pricing →
Can I add contacts manually?
Yes. You can add a contact manually from the Contacts page by clicking Add Contact and entering their name and email. Manual contacts are tagged as manually added and will not have campaign history.
Can a contact be removed?
Yes. You can archive or delete a contact from their contact detail page. Note: if the same person donates or signs up again in the future, they will be re-added automatically.
Can contacts unsubscribe?
All email campaigns sent through Dasig include a mandatory unsubscribe link. If a contact unsubscribes, they are marked as unsubscribed and will not receive future campaigns. They remain in your contact list for record-keeping.
Does Dasig share my contact data?
No. Your contacts are private to your organization. Dasig does not sell, share, or use your contact data for any purpose other than sending the emails you request.
