Guide β CRM & Email Marketing β Using the Shared Domain
Send email campaigns immediately β no domain, no DNS records, no waiting. Every organization on Dasig can use the shared @dasig.online domain out of the box.
Available on all plans β including free
The shared domain works for every organization immediately after signup. No configuration needed.
When you send an email campaign from Dasig without a custom domain configured, your emails are sent from an address like [email protected]. The sender name you set in your Sender Profile (e.g. JCI Cebu-Mactan) still appears as the display name β the domain is simply shared infrastructure that Dasig manages for you.
Dasig has pre-authenticated dasig.online with AWS SES, which means deliverability is handled β DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are already configured.
In your organization dashboard, go to CRM β Settings β Sender Profiles. This is where you configure how your emails appear to recipients.
Click Add Sender and enter an address ending in @dasig.online, for example [email protected] or [email protected]. Set your display name to your organization's name.
The local part of the address (before the @) should be generic, like updates, hello, or team. Avoid personal names β recipients may reply expecting a real inbox.
When creating or editing an email campaign, you'll be asked to choose a sender. Select the @dasig.online sender you just added. Your campaign is now ready to send β no domain verification step needed.
No setup required
Works immediately on every plan, including the free tier. No DNS, no domain, no waiting for verification.
Great for getting started
Ideal for organizations that are new to email marketing or don't yet have a domain of their own.
Shared deliverability reputation
Dasig actively monitors and maintains the sending reputation of @dasig.online so your emails reach inboxes.
Less brand recognition
Recipients will see the sender as "YourOrg via dasig.online" rather than your own domain. For organizations that want full brand ownership, a custom domain is recommended.
Shared sending limits apply
Monthly email limits are per-organization, but the domain's reputation is shared. Sending spam or having high bounce rates affects all organizations on the shared domain.
