Do I need to pay anything to start?
No. You get full access to campaigns, events, CRM, email, volunteer tools, and certificates from day one. Your civic activity sustains the platform as you grow.
What is the 2.5% Civic Sustainability Contribution?
When someone donates through your campaign, 2.5% of the donation goes toward sustaining the Dasig platform. It comes from the donation flow — not from your organization's budget. You never see an invoice.
What is the 5% Event Platform Fee?
When you sell paid event tickets, 5% of the ticket price sustains the platform. Free events have no fee. High-activity organizations can eliminate this fee entirely with operational access.
What are Xendit payment processing fees?
Xendit (our payment partner) charges industry-standard fees for processing GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and card payments. These are separate from Dasig's contribution and go directly to Xendit, not to us.
When does upgrading make sense?
When your paid event ticket sales regularly exceed ₱40,000/month. At that volume, the 5% fee costs more than ₱1,999 — so operational access saves you money while unlocking advanced tooling.
What if my organization has no revenue activity?
You still have full access. If you run free events, coordinate volunteers, issue certificates, and manage contacts — you use Dasig at zero cost. You only contribute when your activity generates value.
What about Enterprise or LGU needs?
Large organizations, coalitions, universities, and LGUs with federation, API, SSO, or custom domain needs can contact us for tailored infrastructure. Pricing is based on scale and coordination complexity.
