Donor Management

Track offline donations and manage donor information for complete campaign records

The Donor Management system helps you record donations that happen outside the Dasig platform - cash handed directly to you, bank transfers, in-kind donations like rice or medicine, and more. This ensures you have complete records of all support your campaign receives.

Why Use Donor Management?

Complete Records

Track ALL donations, not just online ones. Shows donors the full impact of community support.

In-Kind Tracking

Record physical donations like food, medicine, clothes - not just money.

Donor Recognition

Acknowledge all supporters, even those who donate offline.

Transparency

Show complete donation records for accountability and trust.

Accessing Donor Management

  1. Go to your Profile Dashboard
  2. Click "Donors" in the sidebar
  3. Or navigate directly to /profile/donors
  4. You'll see a list of all your campaigns

Troubleshooting

I can't find the Donors page

Make sure you're logged in and have created at least one campaign. The Donors page is at /profile/donors in the sidebar.

If you still don't see it, try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Checking that you're the campaign owner
  • Going directly to /profile/donors in your browser
My manually entered donations aren't showing on the campaign page

Check that:

  • The donation was saved successfully (look for confirmation message)
  • You assigned it to the correct campaign
  • You're viewing the public campaign page (not still in edit mode)
  • The page has refreshed (try Cmd/Ctrl + R)

Wait a few seconds - sometimes updates take a moment to appear.

Can donors see that I manually added their donation?

No. On the public campaign page, all donations look the same - there's no indication whether they were made online or recorded manually. This is intentional to avoid confusion and maintain consistency.

How do I record a donation in US dollars or other currency?

The system currently only supports Philippine Peso (โ‚ฑ). If you receive foreign currency, convert it to pesos using the exchange rate on the day you received it, then record the peso amount. Add a note like "Originally $100 USD, converted at โ‚ฑ56/USD".
