Dasig is a nonprofit management platform for the Philippines — fundraising, CRM, volunteers, communications, events, and credentials in one place. More precisely, it is a connected platform for civic work: the systems an organization needs to plan, deliver, and account for its programs, without stitching together a spreadsheet, a form tool, a mailing list, and a payment link.
Dasig is Cebuano for “to encourage” or “to inspire.” The name describes the model. Volunteers, donors, and partners are not records an organization keeps — they are participants with their own accounts and profiles in the same system. Every contribution enriches the organization that receives it. That is the difference between a database you fill in and a network where participation is the data.
Disaster response is one use case, not the whole platform. Dasig is widely used for relief coordination because Philippine civic groups need it and because the platform handles urgency well. But the same tools run year-round programs: scholarships, feeding programs, medical missions, community projects, church operations, training and certification, membership drives, and LGU initiatives.
