How to withdraw donated funds to your bank account or e-wallet.
You can withdraw funds to:

Navigate to Profile → Payouts. If you're managing an organization, switch to the org in the sidebar first.
Save your bank account or e-wallet details. You can save up to 5 destinations.
Click “Request Payout”, enter the amount (min ₱500), and select a destination.
E-wallet payouts are typically instant. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days.
Request submitted, awaiting processing.
Being processed by the payment provider.
Funds have been sent to your account.
Something went wrong. Check your account details and try again.
Funds you can withdraw right now.
Recent donations still being processed (typically 1–3 days).
When a donor pays, the funds are held by Xendit for a short settlement period before becoming available for withdrawal. This is standard for payment processing.
