Organizations must verify both the org (SEC/DSWD docs) and an authorized representative.
Passport, Driver's License, PhilID, UMID, Voter's ID, PRC License, Postal ID, or Senior Citizen ID.
A clear photo of yourself holding your ID next to your face.
Certificate of Registration from SEC, CDA, or equivalent.
Form 2303 or Certificate of Registration.
For NGOs engaged in social welfare activities.
The person authorized to manage funds must also be verified.
Go to Profile → Identity Verification and upload the required documents. You can save your progress and come back later.
Once all required documents are uploaded, click “Submit for Review”.
Our team reviews your documents. This typically takes 1–3 business days.
