Account Fees

These fees are charged by our payment provider to maintain your account. They are automatically deducted from your balance — you never pay anything out of pocket.

📅 Monthly Activity Fee

Activity Fee₱100/month

The ₱100/month activity fee covers the payment provider's account maintenance costs, plus a small handling fee. This only applies in months when you have donations or withdrawals.

Quiet months? No fee at all.

The fee is automatically deducted from your available balance at the start of the following month.

🔒 Escrow Transfer Fee (One-Time)

Transfer Fee1% of held amount

If donations arrive before your verification is complete, we hold them safely for you. When we transfer those funds to your account, there's a 1% fee — moving funds between accounts incurs a transfer fee from our payment provider.

Once you're verified, donations flow directly to you — no transfer fee.

Example:

Donations held while unverified₱10,000
Transfer fee (1%)−₱100
You receive₱9,900

VAT

VAT (Value-Added Tax at 12%) is a Philippine government tax that applies to certain processing and payout fees. When VAT applies, it's included in or added to the amounts shown.

💡 Example: ₱1,000 GCash Donation

Donor pays₱1,000
GCash fee (2.3%)−₱23
Civic Infrastructure Contribution (2.5%)−₱25

* Actual amounts may vary slightly due to rounding and VAT.
