Account Settings

Manage your account information, security, and notification preferences

Your account settings page lets you manage your login credentials, security options, and how you receive notifications from Dasig.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Go to your Profile Dashboard
  2. Click "Settings" in the sidebar
  3. Or navigate directly to /profile/settings

Account Information

Full Name

Your full name as it appears in account records (not shown publicly).

Note: This is different from your Display Name. Use Public Profile settings to change how your name appears to donors.

Email Address

Your login email and primary contact method. Required for account recovery.

Security Settings

Password

Change your account password to keep your account secure.

Strong Password Tips:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • Mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include numbers and special characters
  • Avoid common words or personal information
  • Don't reuse passwords from other sites

Email Verification

Your email address must be verified to create campaigns. Check your inbox for the verification link when you sign up.

Two-Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)

Add an extra layer of security with 2FA. This feature will be available in a future update.

Notification Preferences

Email Notifications

Choose which email notifications you want to receive:

New Donations

Get notified when someone donates to your campaign

Default: ON

Volunteer Signups

Know when volunteers join your campaigns

Default: ON

Campaign Updates

Updates about your campaigns and goals

Default: ON

Messages

Direct messages from donors and volunteers

Default: ON

Weekly Digest

Summary of your campaign activity

Default: ON

How to Change Your Password

  1. 1

    Go to Settings page

    Navigate to /profile/settings

  2. 2

    Find the Security section

    Scroll to the "Security" card

  3. 3

    Click "Change Password"

    A form will appear

  4. 4

    Enter your current password

    For security verification

  5. 5

    Enter your new password twice

    Make sure they match

  6. 6

    Save changes

    Your new password is now active

Account Security Best Practices

✓ Change your password regularly

Every 3-6 months is recommended

✓ Use a unique password for Dasig

Don't reuse passwords from other sites

✓ Verify your email address

Required to create and manage campaigns

✓ Keep your email secure

Your email is the key to account recovery

✓ Log out on shared devices

Always sign out when using public computers

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". You'll receive an email with a password reset link.

If you don't receive the email:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
I can't change my email

Email changes require verification. After entering your new email:

  1. Check the new email address for a verification link
  2. Click the link to confirm the change
  3. You can then log in with the new email
How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is not self-service yet. If you need to delete your account, please contact support through the contact page. Note that deleting your account will also remove all your campaigns and data.
