I am a sister or Tristan Paul Cabaluna. He is diagnosed with Kidney Failure August of 2025. God was so good to save him and brought him home safely. He was a seafarer who had an attacked of this disease while he was at sea. As her older sister, i feel so much for my brother. I would give and do anything to extend his life. Here i am, asking for your kind heart, to please help my brother in whatever amount you can. We may not be able to return the favour, but i know God sees you. And we will pray for you all. Right now, my brother is in mission hospital iloilo City. We are hoping to bring him home but medical expenses brought by medicines and hospital bills are just way too much for us to handle right now. Please help save my brother Tristan Paul Cabaluna..
